Tenir à jour les registres financiers (journaux, grands livres, comptes généraux). Enregistrer et traiter les transactions quotidiennes avec précision. Préparer les rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, ainsi que les états financiers (compte de résultat, bilan, flux de trésorerie). Établir et déposer les déclarations fiscales dans le respect des obligations légales et réglementaires. Suivre les comptes clients et fournisseurs pour garantir des paiements et encaissements dans les délais. Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et de grands livres. Enquêter et résoudre les écarts financiers. Préparer la documentation pour les audits internes et externes. Veiller au respect des politiques financières, des normes comptables et des contrôles internes. Participer à la préparation budgétaire, à la planification financière et aux prévisions. Fournir à la direction des analyses financières précises pour l'aide à la décision.

Minimum OND (Diplôme de Technicien Supérieur) en comptabilité, administration des affaires, économie ou discipline connexe. Au moins 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité. Une certification professionnelle (ICAN, ACCA ou ATS) est un atout. Bonne connaissance des principes comptables, de l'information financière et de la réglementation fiscale. Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et des logiciels comptables. Solides compétences analytiques, numériques et de résolution de problèmes. Intégrité, précision et confidentialité. Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à respecter les délais de reporting.
Indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) :
Exactitude des registres et rapports financiers. Préparation et soumission en temps voulu des rapports financiers. Conformité aux obligations fiscales et légales. Réalisation dans les délais des rapprochements bancaires. Réduction des erreurs financières et des constats d'audit. Gestion efficace des comptes clients et fournisseurs.
