Job Context: Betstack Limited is looking for a Marketing and Field Officer to recruit and manage lottery agents, conduct market activations and community engagement activities, monitor agent performance in assigned territories, and submit daily and weekly field reports.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage lottery agents in assigned territories.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agent network.
Conduct field marketing campaigns, roadshows, market activations, and community engagement activities to promote the company's products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lottery agents, community stakeholders, and potential customers.
Monitor agent performance, provide ongoing support, and ensure agents comply with company policies and operational standards.
Train agents on products, promotions, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
Regularly visit assigned territories to assess market opportunities, address agent concerns, and strengthen market presence.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights and customer feedback to management.
Achieve assigned recruitment, activation, and sales targets.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
Desired Profile:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in assigned territories.
Previous experience in field marketing or sales is an advantage.
Must reside in Lagos State.
