Medical Herbalist - Greenlife Herbery (Medical & Pharmaceutical)

Greenlife Herbery recrute un Medical Herbalist pour rejoindre son équipe dans la région d'Accra et Tema. Ce poste à temps plein relève du secteur de la santé et offre une rémunération compétitive, en fonction des qualifications et de l'expérience.

Le Medical Herbalist évalue les patients, propose des traitements à base de plantes médicinales, éduque les patients, suit les résultats et veille au respect des normes professionnelles. Ses responsabilités incluent :

Conduire des consultations et évaluations de patients.
Diagnostiquer les affections dans le cadre de la médecine à base de plantes.
Prescrire et délivrer des médicaments à base de plantes.
Suivre l'évolution des traitements et tenir les dossiers à jour.
Éduquer les patients sur la phytothérapie, la nutrition et le mode de vie.
Se conformer aux normes réglementaires et éthiques.
Collaborer avec d'autres professionnels de santé.
Préparer des rapports et soutenir les actions de sensibilisation et de recherche.

Le candidat idéal doit être titulaire d'un diplôme ou d'une licence (Degree) et justifier d'une expérience clinique de 2 à 5 ans. Une certification en Basic Life Support est un atout. Le poste requiert un niveau d'expérience intermédiaire (Mid level) et une expérience minimale de 4 ans. La maîtrise de l'anglais est exigée.

Excellentes compétences en conseil aux patients et en communication.
Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en gestion des relations.
Expérience clinique pertinente de 2 à 5 ans.

Conditions

Horaires : Temps plein, de 8h à 17h. Lieu : Accra. Salaire : Compétitif, en fonction des qualifications et de l'expérience.
