OVERVIEW A start up multimedia company creating entrepreneurship content for YouTube, TikTok, television, radio among other platforms as well as some ad hoc existing real estate work is looking to employ an experienced Social Media Manager to work with. WHAT YOU WILL DO Oversee all social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, Instagram, X, YouTube and blog layout) Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (original text, photos, videos and news) Collaborate with graphic designer to ensure brand consistency Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES Minimum of a Degree in Digital Marketing/IT or related field.
