MPC Limited is recruiting a Sales Assistant based in Tamale and the Northern Region, Ghana. Position available immediately, as an internship or for recent graduates (Internship & Graduate).
Context of the position: At MPC Limited, we strive to offer our customers the best construction equipment at affordable prices. As a Sales Assistant, you will help reach and retain customers in northern Ghana by providing excellent service. You will also assist the Branch Manager in managing the agency and marketing our equipment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Branch Manager in daily store operations.
Carry out sales, organize deliveries, and handle after-sales service requests.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our equipment and its use in construction to handle customer inquiries.
Test equipment before sale.
Assist with sales documentation, transactions, and inventory.
Build and maintain customer relationships to generate sales.Desired profile:
National Certificate II, Diploma, HND or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology or related field, or TVET.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and social media.
Previous experience in sales.
Technical knowledge or experience in construction and machinery is a plus.
Customer service skills.
Teamwork skills.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Strong computer skills and comfort working with machines.Experience: Entry level, 1 year of experience required. Language: English. Hours: Internship & Graduate, from 8am to 5pm.
Salary: GHS 1,800 - 2,100.
