Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Client Growth: Identify and engage individuals/businesses that need solutions to organizational challenges Consultative Selling: Understand client goals and recommend the right solutions Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive our organization's retention Market Expansion: Represent the company at events, assessments, and outreach programs to expand our reach in Lagos. Performance Tracking: Meet weekly/monthly growth and revenue targets while keeping accurate records of interactions. Requirements: Minimum of an OND in any field. SSCE with a strong drive is also considered.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. You must be confident speaking with all age groups. Self-motivated, target-driven, Basic smartphone and internet skills. Must be comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and simple CRM tools. No experience required — we’ll train you. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
