About the Position:
We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and results-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must possess strong financial management skills and extensive experience supporting production, sales, and marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Conduct internal audits and strengthen internal control systems.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage tax calculations, returns, and tax planning.
Develop and monitor budgets, cash flows, and financial forecasts.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and production costs.
Monitor sales, marketing, and production accounts to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Provide strategic financial advice to management for business growth.
Required Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA).
Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance.
Proven expertise in audit and taxation.
Strong knowledge of production accounting, sales accounting, marketing accounting, inventory management, and cost accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
