Responsable de la gestion des flux de trésorerie, de l'analyse des données financières et de l'optimisation de l'allocation des ressources pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle. Ce poste assure la santé financière et la stabilité de l'organisation en mettant en œuvre des stratégies alignées sur ses objectifs globaux.
Responsabilités clés :
Assister à la gestion et au maintien du processus de planification et de budgétisation de l'entreprise, y compris les budgets, les dépenses en capital, le suivi budgétaire et les prévisions / taux de consommation.
Veiller à ce que l'entreprise dispose de systèmes, contrôles et processus financiers efficaces, et qu'ils soient utilisés dans toute l'entreprise.
Assister à la préparation de la documentation et des rapports pour les audits et les examens réglementaires.
Assister à la coordination, au développement et à la mise à jour des politiques et procédures écrites relatives au processus de reporting financier.
Collaborer avec les équipes Reporting et Fiscalité pour produire des rapports de haute qualité et en temps opportun, respectant les délais de reporting financier.
Suivi et interprétation des flux de trésorerie et prévision des tendances futures.
Mettre en place des procédures opérationnelles appropriées pour un fonctionnement et un suivi efficaces du département financier, afin de respecter les SLA avec l'entreprise.
Assister à la réalisation d'examens et d'évaluations pour identifier les opportunités de réduction des coûts.
Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus dans la planification financière, le contrôle et le rapprochement.
Identifier les risques financiers potentiels et recommander des stratégies d'atténuation.
Rapprochement Bancassurance :
Rapprochement en temps opportun avec tous les partenaires Bancassurance pour garantir la réception des primes mensuelles à temps.
Enquêter et résoudre les écarts entre les enregistrements internes et les relevés externes, assurant un reporting précis et en temps opportun.
Consulter les représentants bancaires pour garantir l'exhaustivité de toutes les primes.
Collaborer avec l'unité des comptes fournisseurs pour des rapprochements bancaires fluides et rapides.
Comptabilité et Reporting :
Assister à la fourniture d'une gamme complète de services de comptabilité et de reporting financier pour l'évaluation de la rentabilité à travers divers segments (MM, CC, Succursale, Ligne de Métier, Canal et agents sélectionnés).
Assister à la préparation des rapports groupe et réglementaires.
Maintenir des enregistrements financiers précis et assurer l'intégrité des données dans les systèmes financiers.
Assister à la production d'états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels conformes aux exigences du groupe, statutaires, réglementaires et IFRS 17.

Ensure appropriate operational procedures are put in place for efficient operation and monitoring of the finance department to ensure that SLAs with the business are met. Assist in conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning, controlling and reconciliation. Identify potential financial risks and recommend strategies for mitigation. Bancassurance Reconciliation Timely reconciliation with all Bancassurance partners to ensure monthly premiums are received on time. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records and external statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Consult with bank representatives to ensure completeness of all premiums. Collaborate with Payables unit for smooth and timely bank reconciliations. Accounting & Reporting Assist in providing a comprehensive range of financial accounting and reporting services for profitability assessment across various segments (MM, CC, Branch, Line of Business, Channel, and selected agents). Assists to prepare group and regulatory reports. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity in financial systems Assists to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with group, statutory, regulatory, and IFRS 17 requirements.
