The Client Manager serves as the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional client experience while managing customer orders from enquiry to delivery. The role combines relationship management, sales, order coordination, and showroom operations to ensure excellent service and repeat business. Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Manage and process customer orders from the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other sales channels. Coordinate orders with the production team and monitor timelines. Provide proactive updates throughout the customer journey. Maintain the showroom by steaming garments, organizing stock, and ensuring visual presentation. Maintain strong product knowledge and provide styling recommendations.
