The Regional Finance and Budget Officer at IOM will oversee and provide strategic and technical support to IOM activities across Country Offices in the region. This role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, monitoring financial management practices, and guiding budget preparation and reporting. The officer will also support internal controls, conduct audits, and facilitate training on financial systems. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and enhance financial operations. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Seven years of relevant experience or nine years with a university degree Minimum five years in financial management Experience in donor financial reporting and audits Proven team management experience Fluency in English and French
