The Social Policy Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (P-3) at UNICEF plays a crucial role in enhancing public finance for children and social protection in Senegal, addressing the challenges posed by fiscal constraints and child poverty. This position involves providing technical support for program planning, monitoring, and evaluation, while promoting evidence-based policy advocacy. The specialist will work closely with government and civil society partners to ensure that resources are effectively aligned with the needs of vulnerable children. The role also includes responsibilities in resource mobilization and donor engagement to support UNICEF's mission. Advanced university degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, International Relations, or related field At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Social Policy, Monitoring and Evaluation, or Planning Knowledge of data collection and analysis Fluency in French and intermediate English Desirable: Knowledge of another UN language or local language
