Objectif du rôle
L'expert clé dirigera la gestion globale et la mise en œuvre de la Facilité d'assistance technique Boost Africa, agissant comme l'interface principale avec la BEI et assurant la qualité, la conformité et la pertinence des services fournis à travers le portefeuille.

Formation / Diplômes
Master ou diplôme équivalent en commerce, économie, droit, sciences ou ingénierie.
Maîtrise de l'anglais et bonne connaissance pratique du français.
- 10 ans d'expérience internationale requise, avec un accent sur l'Afrique subsaharienne.
- 5 ans d'expérience démontrée dans l'investissement, la finance, le développement organisationnel, le développement du secteur privé/des affaires, ou les stratégies de croissance des PME dans les pays en développement.
- 5 ans d'expérience démontrée dans la fourniture d'assistance technique et de soutien au développement des affaires aux entreprises en phase de démarrage (start-ups et PME).
- 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle à travailler avec et/ou gérer des projets de développement d'assistance technique financés par des IFI/donateurs (par exemple BEI, BERD, BM, BAD, AFD, CE, etc.), notamment des activités avec Team Europe.L'expérience en renforcement des capacités et développement des affaires pour les PME dans les pays en développement est un atout.
L'expérience dans la gestion et le développement de fonds de capital-risque est un atout.
Préférence pour les candidats basés dans le pays.

Job Field Project and Program Management Purpose of the Role The Key Expert will lead the overall management and delivery of the Boost Africa Technical Assistance Facility, acting as the primary interface with the EIB and ensuring the quality, compliance, and relevance of services delivered across the portfolio.
Profil recherché
Formation / Diplômes
Master’s Degree or equivalent educational degree in business, economics, law, science or engineering Fluency in English and good working knowledge of French.
- 10 years international experience is required, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.
- 5 yrs demonstrated experience in investing, finance, organisational development, private sector/business development, or SME growth strategies in developing countries.
- 5 yrs demonstrated experience in delivering technical assistance and business development support to early-stage companies (start-ups and SMEs).
- 5 yrs professional experience working with and/or managing IFI/donor (e.g. EIB, EBRD, WB, AfDB, AFD, EC etc.) financed TA development projects, notably activities with Team Europe. Experience in capacity building and business development for SMEs in developing countries is an asset; Experience with VC funds management and development is an asset.
