FINANCE MANAGER

Greenwood Supply Services Limited is seeking a highly competent and results-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to management.

The Finance Manager will ensure accurate financial records are maintained and that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The Finance Manager shall be responsible for:
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Developing and managing company budgets
Monitoring cash flow and financial performance
Ensuring compliance with Ghana tax laws and financial regulations
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing financial statements and management reports
Coordinating external audits and responding to audit queries
Advising management on financial risks and opportunities
Ensuring proper financial controls are in place
Supervising finance and accounts staff
Ensuring timely payment of statutory obligations such as SSNIT, PAYE, VAT
Supporting strategic decision-making with financial analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICA, and CIMA will be an advantage

## 💼 Expérience
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
Strong knowledge of Ghana tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
