The Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG) is seeking a Finance Manager to take charge of its financial management function — from budgeting and reporting to compliance and strategic advisory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing financial direction that shapes decision-making

  • Ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance

  • Driving efficiency and sustainability within the institution

  • Supporting leadership with data-driven financial insights

With responsibilities spanning financial reporting, audit coordination, payroll administration, tax compliance, and budgetary control, the position demands both technical expertise and strategic thinking.

REQUIREMENTS:

A strong background in Accounting or Finance Progression or completion in ICAG/ACCA 3–5 years relevant experience Solid knowledge in taxation, SSNIT, and financial reporting Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency
