Intalma AB recrute pour le compte de l'UNICEF Madagascar un(e) Planning & Monitoring Specialist. Sous l'autorité du Chef de la Planification et du Suivi, vous contribuerez à améliorer la planification des programmes, le suivi des performances et la prise de décision fondée sur les données. Vous renforcerez les systèmes de suivi et promouvrez la redevabilité dans les programmes à Madagascar et aux Comores. Ce poste implique un appui technique, le renforcement des capacités et la coordination pour assurer l'efficacité des systèmes de planification et de suivi. Le poste exige un engagement à obtenir des résultats équitables pour chaque enfant, en mettant l'accent sur les communautés les plus défavorisées et exclues.

Diplôme universitaire supérieur dans un domaine pertinent. Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Expérience en planification de programmes et suivi des performances. Maîtrise du français et connaissance de l'anglais. Une expérience avec des partenaires gouvernementaux et des agences des Nations Unies est un atout.
