Le/la Volontaire des Nations Unies travaillera sous la supervision directe du Coordinateur du Renforcement des Capacités et de la Coopération Technique, en se concentrant sur la protection des droits humains en Guinée. Les responsabilités incluent l'organisation de visites de terrain pour enquêter sur les violations des droits humains, la conduite de recherches, la rédaction de notes de plaidoyer et de rapports, ainsi que le renforcement des capacités techniques et institutionnelles. Le poste implique également l'établissement de relations de coopération avec des institutions étatiques et non étatiques, la contribution à des activités de renforcement des capacités, et la participation à la mobilisation des ressources et à l'évaluation des projets. Le/la volontaire est encouragé(e) à approfondir sa compréhension du volontariat et à contribuer à la visibilité du programme UNV. Expérience en recherche sur les droits humains, capacité à rédiger des rapports et des documents de plaidoyer, compétences en organisation de visites de terrain, connaissance du renforcement des capacités en matière de droits humains, solides compétences en communication et en établissement de relations, et capacité à travailler avec diverses parties prenantes.
