Intalma AB recrute un Associate Operations Officer pour son équipe Sustainable Infrastructure Advisory. Le poste est basé à Conakry, en Guinée.

Le candidat idéal doit posséder un master dans une discipline pertinente, au moins cinq ans d'expérience pertinente en durabilité, une compréhension des rapports ESG et des indicateurs de durabilité, une expérience dans la conception et la gestion d'opérations complexes, la capacité à gérer les relations avec diverses parties prenantes, une connaissance des opérations de l'IFC et des normes ESG, d'excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français, ainsi que de solides compétences analytiques et de pensée critique.
