** L'IT Operations Associate au sein du PAM coordonnera et guidera les activités de maintenance et de support IT afin d'assurer une prestation efficace des services informatiques.
Missions : Les responsabilités incluent la maintenance des systèmes et du matériel, la surveillance de la fiabilité technologique, la résolution des demandes IT, et la formation du personnel. Le rôle implique également la rédaction de documentation, la mise en œuvre d'améliorations des processus, et la coordination des systèmes de télécommunications. Ce poste nécessite une collaboration avec une équipe pour atteindre les objectifs et soutenir les processus d'intervention d'urgence.

** Achèvement de l'enseignement secondaire. Certificat post-secondaire dans un domaine connexe. Six années ou plus d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Expérience en analyse de gestion des services. Participation à la réingénierie des processus métier. Expérience dans les processus d'approvisionnement/budgétisation. Maîtrise de l'anglais. Maîtrise ou connaissance intermédiaire d'une autre langue officielle.
