** : Ce poste consiste à mener des activités de financement d'entreprise et de projet, y compris la génération et la supervision de projets. Le Responsable des Opérations gérera les relations avec les représentants gouvernementaux et du secteur privé, contribuera à la formulation de la stratégie et supervisera la gestion des données.

** : Le candidat idéal possède un MBA ou un Master en Commerce, Économie, Finance ou Gestion, avec 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en finance ou banque d'investissement. Une expérience dans les transactions d'investissement et le développement de relations clients est requise. La connaissance des marchés financiers et des marchés africains est un atout. De solides compétences financières et de crédit sont nécessaires, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences relationnelles avec la clientèle. La capacité à interagir avec la haute direction et les responsables gouvernementaux est essentielle. De fortes compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps, sont attendues. Une volonté de voyager fréquemment est requise. La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est indispensable.
