Our products include C-Channels, Angle Bars, Mild Steel Reinforced Bars and High Tensil Reinforced Steel. Title: Finance Manager Roles and Responsibilities •Maintain robust cost systems to track materials labour and overheads •Analyse product costing, margin opportunities and pricing strategies to improve operational performance •Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting aligned with production targets •Manage cost accounting (raw materials, energy, labour, cost per ton) •Monitor and control manufacturing costs, variances and plant performance •Oversee inventory accounting (raw materials, VVIP, finished goods) •Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support operational decisions •Manage cash flow and working capital for continuous production operations •Ensure tax compliance, audits and statutory reporting •Implement strong internal controls and risk management systems •Partner with operations to improve efficiency, cost reduction and profitability Qualification Required & Experience •Degree in Finance/Accounting (Professional certification preferred - ACCA/CA/CIMA) •Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing or heavy industry •Strong background in costing, inventory management and financial analysis •Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced excel Location: Tema How To Apply For The Job Interested applicants should send their CVs to: comfort.dadzie@sriemas.com Closing Date: 13 April, 2026 Share this job: WHATSAPP Tweet Advertisement
