The specialist will also engage with local communities, promote women's participation, and facilitate training programs. Collaboration with the Fisheries Commission and monitoring project activities are key responsibilities. Advanced university degree in fisheries biology or related field 8 years of relevant experience in small-scale fisheries or aquaculture Working knowledge of English National of Ghana Experience in fisheries-related policies and legal frameworks Good knowledge of small-scale fisheries institutions in Ghana
