We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and operational activities. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments
Support daily accounting operations and data entry into accounting systems
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger updates
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring
Prepare basic financial reports and schedules
Support audit preparations and documentation
Responsabilités
Perform general administrative duties within the finance department
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
Strong numerical and analytical skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills
