The Immigration Program Manager at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) provides leadership and support for immigration legal services and civic engagement. This role involves supervising legal services, maintaining DOJ accreditation, and ensuring high-quality client service. Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred Currently accredited by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) At least 3 years of experience representing individuals before USCIS At least 3 years of supervisory experience in immigration legal services Program management experience preferred Ability to develop partnerships for program goals Understanding of fiscal management and reporting Excellent English communication skills Proficiency in Spanish, French, Arabic, Dari, or Pashto preferred Ability to train and mentor staff Understanding of legal ethics standards Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure in a team environment Multi-cultural experience preferred Ability to work effectively in a team
