Key skills to highlight
Strong candidates show proven experience in adult training or microfinance, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-specialists. Fluency in Twi or other local languages is a major plus, as is familiarity with Ghana’s informal sector. Demonstrated ability to track participant progress and adapt sessions to different learning levels.
