We provide monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building services to advance development effectiveness. Evaluation Objective: SI is conducting a mixed methods endline evaluation of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Benin Off-Grid Energy Access Project. Position Description: SI is seeking an in-country Beninese Logistician/Notetaker to support in the implementation, logistics, and qualitative interviews for the endline evaluation in July 2026. This is a short-term consultancy opportunity.

Responsibilities : Facilitate in-country communications and interview requests with relevant stakeholders. Review relevant program documentation. Review endline questionnaires including providing country-specific context and translation. Support the lead qualitative researcher through notetaking during in-person interviews in Cotonou. Required Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree. A minimum of three years of experience in research and evaluation. Experience working with or discussing technical issues with government officials or international donors. Experience working or conducting research in the energy sector preferred.
