Job Ad & Profile Description Position : Sales and Customer Experience Officer - Ghana - Fully Remote We are seeking a smart, target-driven Sales and Customer Experience Officer to join our team. Responsibilities: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, vendors, resellers, and strategic partners. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Identify new partnership opportunities and propose tailored gift card solutions. Collaborate closely with the sales team to onboard new vendors and corporate clients. Negotiate partnership agreements, rates, and terms aligned with company objectives. Monitor account performance, client usage trends, and transaction volumes. Provide clients with performance reports, insights, and recommendations to maximize engagement. Coordinate promotional campaigns and bulk gift card requests for clients. Work collaboratively with the Customer Support Team to ensure efficient resolution of partner-related issues. Stay informed on gift card industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Required profile for job ad : Sales and Customer Experience Officer - Ghana - Fully Remote Requirements: Must reside in Ghana. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development (experience in fintech, e-commerce, or gift card industry is a plus). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding relationship-building KPIs. Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
