E-commerce company based in Miami is seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls. You must be fluid in English, proactive and able to multitask. You must ensure client creation and retention, and you must also undertake additional tasks. Mandatory requirements: Have 85% English level or higher. Have (or be able to obtain) High Speed Internet (1 Mbps upload / 2Mbps dowload or better) Have a laptop or computer, and headset. Have (or be able to attain) another means of communication (personal landline or cell phone, for emergency purposes).
