Required profile for job ad : Operations Manager - Kumasi Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage). Minimum of 7–10 years progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of managing complex operations and leading cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. High proficiency in operational planning, process optimization, and performance management.
