** Le/la coordonnateur(trice) des partenariats sera responsable de la gestion et du développement des relations avec les partenaires locaux et internationaux, en veillant à la conformité avec les politiques de NRC et les exigences des bailleurs. Ce poste implique une coordination étroite avec les équipes programmes et support pour assurer une mise en œuvre efficace des projets.

- Identifier, évaluer et sélectionner de nouveaux partenaires conformément aux procédures de NRC.
- Assurer le suivi et l'appui technique aux partenaires existants.
- Coordonner la planification conjointe, le reporting et la gestion des risques.
- Contribuer à la stratégie de partenariat de NRC en RDC.**

- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de partenariats dans le secteur humanitaire ou du développement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Connaissance du contexte de la RDC est un atout.
