International Rescue Committee (IRC) recrute un Gestionnaire de cas PROL pour son bureau d'Ansongo, au Mali.

** Le Gestionnaire de cas PROL est responsable de la gestion des cas de protection, en assurant un suivi individualisé et des solutions durables pour les bénéficiaires.

**

  • Assurer la gestion de cas de protection conformément aux procédures standards.
  • Évaluer les besoins des bénéficiaires et élaborer des plans d'action individualisés.
  • Orienter les bénéficiaires vers les services appropriés (santé, éducation, juridique, etc.).
  • Assurer le suivi régulier des cas et documenter les interventions.
  • Participer aux réunions de coordination et rapporter les activités.**

  • Diplôme universitaire en travail social, psychologie, droit ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans la gestion de cas de protection.
  • Connaissance du contexte humanitaire au Mali.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et sous pression.
  • Maîtrise du français et des langues locales (tamasheq, songhaï, etc.).
