We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Senior Legal Associate Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Finance / Financial Advisory About the Role A reputable Finance Advisory Firm located in Ikoyi, Lagos is seeking to engage a highly competent and experienced Senior Legal Associate to join its team. The ideal candidate will provide sound legal advisory services, support financial transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the overall legal strategy of the firm. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advisory services on corporate and financial transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation. Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Conduct legal due diligence for investment and financial advisory transactions. Manage litigation matters and liaise with external counsel when required. Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance issues affecting the business. Support corporate governance and risk management initiatives. Work collaboratively with internal teams to structure and execute financial deals. Requirements Minimum of 8 years post-call experience in corporate, commercial, or financial law. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Must reside within or close to Ikoyi, Lagos. Salary N600,000 – N700,000 Monthly. Application Closing Date 2nd April, 2026.
