Read more about this company Business Development Manager – Corporate & Retail Health Partnerships (B2C / B2B2C) Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 5 - 10 years Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development Role Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth through corporate partnerships, retail distribution channels, and B2B2C healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing partnerships that expand access to healthcare services across banking, aviation, HMOs, hospitals, FMCG, retail platforms, and other consumer-facing ecosystems. This role combines business development, enterprise sales, partnership management, and commercial growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure strategic partnerships across: Banks and financial institutions HMOs and insurance providers Airlines and travel ecosystem partners Hospitals and healthcare networks FMCG and retail chains Develop scalable B2B2C healthcare offerings and partnership models Drive acquisition of enterprise and corporate health contracts Expand customer access through partner distribution channels Collaborate with marketing teams to improve customer acquisition and conversion Build and manage high-value strategic partnerships Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with partners Track and optimize partnership performance, revenue growth, and customer acquisition metrics Provide market insights to improve healthcare products and service offerings. What Success Looks Like Increased revenue from corporate and retail channels Successful acquisition of strategic enterprise partnerships Strong customer growth and channel expansion Sustainable and scalable partnership performance. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields 5–10 years experience in: Business development Corporate partnerships Enterprise sales B2C or B2B2C business models Experience within FMCG, banking, telecoms, insurance, healthcare, or related sectors Proven track record managing retail channels or strategic partnerships Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial skills Strong understanding of consumer behavior and partnership-driven growth models. Preferred Background Candidates with experience in: FMCG or telecom commercial management Banking partnerships or product management HMO business development Airline or travel ecosystem partnerships will have an added advantage.
