Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Communauté urbaine de Douala for a Technical Sales Specialist. In this role, the individual will drive sales of technical solutions, provide technical support during the sales process, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating with the technical team to meet customer needs and project requirements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Sales and a strong understanding of technical products and solutions
Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Experience in Technical Support and providing practical solutions to customer issues
Proven track record in Sales and closing deals to meet or exceed targets
Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address technical and sales goals
Fluency in English and French is an asset
