04 TECHNICAL SALES FORCE (TSF)

We're Hiring 04 Technical Sales Force (TSF). Key Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor all product batches to ensure consistency and immediately report out tolerance situation to Quality Manager. Benchmark all market scenarios with respect to product performance and inform hierarchy. Support the Sales Team by working with existing and new customers. Support the Sales Team and Quality Assurance by dealing with Customer Complaints according to SOP. Support on tracking market stocks for FIFO. Assist Quality Manager to develop new products and line extensions to meet the sales needs in external tests. Life at Olam Agri. Job Type: Permanent Business: GRAINS. Application Deadline: 14.03.2026. Skills/Experience: Degree or HND in Food Technology/Chemistry /Biology with min 3 years of work experience. Strong dough manipulation skills and understanding of food/baked goods systems. Strong understanding of the interrelationship of processing equipment and formulation. Detailed knowledge of bakery troubleshooting and processing including bakery intrants such as fats, yeast and dough conditioners. Will possess outstanding oral and written communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of management. Proven track record of interaction with key stakeholders and customers.
