Expérience

We are seeking highly experienced Network Professional Services Consultant to provide Tier 3 level support on a consultation basis, primarily handling escalation calls across all network environments. The role includes deep technical engagement in complex troubleshooting, architecture advisory, and high-level solution design, as well as participation in strategic projects involving network engineering, implementation, and optimization. This position requires strong expertise across multi-vendor and multi-technology environments, including Cisco, F5, Check Point, and proxy solutions. Responsibilities Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex network incidents and outages. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple network and security domains. Troubleshoot and resolve critical and high-impact network issues. Participate in network design, architecture, and solution planning. Support deployment, configuration, and optimization of enterprise network solutions. Provide technical consulting and best practice recommendations.

Formation / Diplômes

Contribute to network transformation and improvement initiatives. Assist in project delivery, including design validation and implementation oversight.
