The Associate, Digital Health Systems and Analytics at CHAI will support digital health system strengthening and analytics across various countries. This role involves providing technical support and project management to CHAI country teams and government partners, focusing on data systems, interoperability, and project delivery. The Associate will work on developing operational plans, cleaning datasets, and establishing foundational geo registries to enhance decision-making. The position requires a strong understanding of data systems and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 2-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or data analysis Technical proficiency with data and Excel Experience building dashboards in PowerBI or Excel Exceptional written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel 30-40% of the year
