** Missions**

principales

  • Soins & Prise en Charge : Assurer des soins de qualitĂ© aux patients/bĂ©nĂ©ficiaires selon les protocoles mĂ©dicaux.
  • PrĂ©vention & Sensibilisation : Participer aux campagnes de santĂ© communautaires et Ă  la promotion des bonnes pratiques.

Documentation MĂ©dicale : Tenir Ă  jour les dossiers patients et les registres de soins.***

  • Coordination : Travailler en Ă©quipe pluridisciplinaire pour une prise en charge globale.
  • Reporting Sanitaire : Renseigner les outils de suivi Ă©pidĂ©miologique et de performance.
