ACHIEVE is an U.S. Department of State–funded global initiative that aims to reduce maternal, neonatal, and child mortality and morbidity through strengthened, integrated maternal, newborn, child, vaccination  and nutrition health services. The Regional Coordinator serves as the primary point of coordination at the regional level, supporting alignment between national project leadership, regional and district health authorities, and implementation partners. Support national technical teams in coordinating MNCH activities across ACHIEVE-supported facilities and communities. Assist in development, tracking, and updating of regional implementation plans, activity schedules, and milestone trackers. Ensure project implementation adheres to Jhpiego policies, U.S. Government donor regulations, and Government of Senegal guidelines. Partner Engagement and Field Oversight Coordinate and support implementation of ACHIEVE regional and district-level activities in line with approved work plans, technical strategies, and donor requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for regional and district Ministry of Health counterparts, supporting effective collaboration and alignment with national and regional health priorities. Support national technical teams in coordinating MNCH Nutrition and immunization activities across ACHIEVE-supported facilities and communities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an asset. Minimum of seven (07) years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, project implementation, or operational support for public health or development programs.
