The role requires strong marketing skills, resilience, and the ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships while meeting sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned. Educate clients on insurance products, policies, and benefits. Ensure proper documentation of policies and adherence to underwriting standards. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports. Represent the company professionally in all sales engagements. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2–3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in General insurance) Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Competencies Persuasive selling and negotiation skills. Customer-focused mindset. Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure. Good organizational and time management skills. Integrity and professionalism.
