Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will support the Migration Health Assessment Clinic (MHAC) in Yaounde & Douala, Cameroon, ensuring smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities include maintaining office procedures, managing medical document storage, liaising with embassies, and overseeing procurement of supplies. The role also involves managing petty cash, coordinating facility maintenance, and providing feedback on staff allocation. The ideal candidate will have relevant educational qualifications and experience in administration or medical settings. Bachelor’s degree in Administration Management or related field At least two years of relevant working experience Knowledge in administration, procurement, or accounting Experience with refugees/migrants in a medical setting is an advantage Fluency in English and French (oral and written) Intermediate MS Office skills Organizational and communication skills
