We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing automotive dealership group based in Edenvale. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-focused, and experienced in managing high-performing digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, with strong knowledge of conversion tracking and lead generation.

Minimum

• 3-5 years’ experience in paid media/digital advertising Proven experience managing: Google Ads Meta Ads Lead generation campaigns Performance marketing strategies Strong understanding of: Google Tag Manager (GTM) Meta Pixel Conversion tracking & event setup Reporting and campaign optimisation Ability to analyse campaign performance and improve CPL/ROI Own reliable transport Automotive industry experience advantageous Key Responsibilities Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking Monitor campaign performance and reporting Improve lead quality and campaign efficiency Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams Test creatives, audiences and campaign strategies What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail Self-managed and proactive Performance-focused mindset
