Job description
Overseeing staff and daily operations of the shop, including but not limited to shop opening and closing, housekeeping, merchandising – stock rotation, presentation of product in the store – generating sales, issuing purchase orders, collecting outstanding debtor amounts, customer service et al
Immediately attend to and assist any customers who come into the shop or telephone the shop
Ensuring accurate tinting or colour matching of paint and doing so yourself if necessary
Directing and assisting your team to receive, clean, pack away stock and capture the stock on the point of sales system
Operate a clean and safe shop environment and ensure that the products in the shop are clean and properly rotated
Developing prospect customer lists and maintaining these lists on an ongoing basis
Generating sales by identifying prospective customers to be seen,
