Key skills to highlight
Strong candidates bring proven experience in cash transfer programme design and management in West Africa, including familiarity with Benin’s social registry and payment systems. Expertise in results-based monitoring, budget tracking, and cross-sector collaboration (health, nutrition, education) is essential. Fluency in French and working knowledge of English are expected.
