CONTEXT: FHI 360 is a U.S. non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. FHI 360 serves more than 60 countries and is based in Cameroon since 2019 with an office in Yaoundé, Bastos Street 1828. DESCRIPTION: FHI 360 Cameroon is looking for suppliers who can provide accommodation or/and venue rental services with a framework contract lasting 12 months renewable: Sections Requested Service Conditions to be met Section 1 Accommodation (Hotels and furnished residences with one bedroom or 02 bedrooms) in the city of Yaoundé & Douala • Have 3, 4 or 5 stars • secured parking. • Security cameras control the exterior, interior, and parking lot with an evacuation plan in case of fire. • Fire extinguishers. • A security company for guarding. • Located at a maximum of 35km from the airport, approximately 30 to 45 minutes. • Have a car shuttle service Make a proposal for room costs per day for one person based on the standard of the room. Section 2 Conference hall rental service and catering service in the regions of Cameroon • High-quality sound systems and microphones for clear sound. • Large display screens or projectors for presentations, or an adaptable space • Capacity for 25 to 250 people depending on the configuration Conference room style, classroom style, or theater style • Internet connectivity • Catering services or access to refreshments if necessary • Clean restrooms • Good accessibility for both mobile and disabled persons • Secure area close to the road • Reliable reservation system • Secure Parking, with camera, security guard,… • emergency exit, fire extinguisher, or any other equipment to ensure people's safety CONTENT OF THE OFFER The offer must include: 1- An administrative file with updated administrative documents and company agreement: certificate of registration, certificate of conformity, bank domiciliation 2- A technical file with: - A one-page letter of introduction specifying the services for which the company is applying - company's proposal is well structured and easy to understand, with details on the different types of services offered and prices charged, including pictures - Minimum 03 proof of experience in the chosen sections NB: For suppliers selected at the end of the process, the costs and conditions approved after negociation must remain valid for a minimum period of 12 months.
