Poste : Programme Officer (P-2), Temporary Appointment (364 jours), Bamako, Mali

Contexte : Sous la supervision du Deputy Representative Program, vous apportez une assistance technique et un soutien professionnel dans la conception, la planification, la mise en œuvre, la gestion et l'évaluation des activités du programme, y compris l'analyse des données et le reporting des progrès, afin de faire avancer les objectifs du programme. L'accent est mis sur la promotion d'approches multisectorielles, coordonnées et intégrées pour optimiser les ressources et maximiser l'impact des interventions.

Responsabilités : Gestion des connaissances pour les programmes ; développement et gestion de programmes ; utilisation optimale des fonds du programme ; suivi et évaluation des programmes ; approche de gestion de programme fondée sur les droits et les résultats ; renforcement des capacités nationales et locales/durabilité ; perspective des droits et plaidoyer aux niveaux national, communautaire et familial ; partenariat, coordination et collaboration.

Formation : Licence (ou équivalent) en sciences sociales, relations internationales, administration publique, politiques publiques, développement social, développement communautaire, gouvernement ou tout autre domaine connexe.

Expérience : Minimum de deux ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Maîtrise du français et niveau intermédiaire en anglais requis. Connaissance d'une autre langue officielle de l'ONU (arabe, chinois, russe ou espagnol) ou d'une langue locale est un atout. Expérience en conception, mise en œuvre et coordination de programmes/projets multisectoriels est un atout. Expérience pertinente au niveau national, notamment dans des contextes de développement, fragiles et humanitaires est un atout.
