Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive is located in Lagos.

The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships.

The role requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends, presenting solutions to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and growth objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation

Strong skills in Business Strategy and Account Management

Exceptional Communication abilities, both verbal and written

Customer-focused mindset with a track record of managing client relationships

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Previous experience in real estate or travel industries is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
