We recruit on behalf of a company specializing in handling, transit, transport, guinee-based consignment:
Candidate profile
Education / Qualifications
BTS/BAC training+3 in Purchasing, Logistics, Management, Trade or equivalent with a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position.
Main duties
Coordinate receptions with the requesting store and service
Receiving, recording and analyzing service requests
Check quantities, references, technical specifications and prior validations
Check with the store the availability of items before any purchase
Identify and consult local and foreign suppliers
Participate in negotiations within the limits of its delegations
Prepare purchase orders after validation by the competent authorities
Track deadlines, anticipate delays and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups
Keep a table of pending orders until actual receipt
Dealing with garage needs (parts, tires, lubricants, consumables and equipment)
Verify authenticity, warranty and traceability and track immobilizing parts as a priority
Check manufacturer references, serial numbers or VINs available for critical parts
Report anomalies and follow up on complaints, returns or replacements
Respect the confidentiality of offers and declare any potential conflicts of interest
Prevent critical supply disruptions and redundant purchases
Build and archive complete procurement files
Skills sought
Experience
Proven experience as a Purchasing and Sourcing Agent
Strong experience in transportation, car maintenance or spare parts
Good knowledge of purchase documents, orders, receipts and invoicing
Good competence in purchasing procedures, consultation and comparative analysis of offers
Good communication skills and team spirit
Other information
Mastery of IT tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and inventory management tools
Mastery of French and English is an asset
