Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist – Heavy-Duty Pallet Machine Location: Dar es salaam, Tanzania. Tag Line: Precision in Production. Excellence in Performance. Sector: Manufacturing and Beverage Job Descriptions: – Operate and maintain large-tonnage injection molding machines exceeding 3,000 tons, ensuring reliable and efficient production. – Optimize molding parameters for HDPE and PP materials, including recycled and virgin plastics, to achieve high-quality, durable pallets. – Diagnose and rectify production defects such as warping, flashing, splay, and short shots. – Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, servo pumps, PLCs, VFDs, and HMI systems. – Read and interpret complex hydraulic schematics and electrical blueprints to identify and resolve technical faults. – Coordinate safe installation and removal of heavy pallet molds using overhead cranes, including the setup of core pulls and hot runner systems. Requirements: – Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining large-tonnage injection molding machines exceeding 3,000 tons. – Technical diploma, vocational certificate, or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plastics Engineering. – Strong knowledge of polymer processing, including viscosity, moisture control, and processing parameters for structural plastics. – Proven ability to troubleshoot servo-hydraulic systems, dual-CPU PLC systems, and heavy-duty clamping mechanisms. – Experience managing auxiliary equipment such as chillers, material dryers, and automated take-out robots. – Familiarity with Jonwai Machinery Works or similar Taiwanese high-tonnage machinery brands will be highly advantageous
