SAFEGUARDING COORDINATOR

The Safeguarding Coordinator at Mercy Corps will support the implementation of safeguarding standards across the organization, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for both staff and community members. This role involves training, capacity building, and coordination with various departments to enhance accountability and safeguarding practices. The Coordinator will also engage with stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of safeguarding issues, while supporting internal investigations and community reporting mechanisms.
