Expert solution (M/F)

Description of the mission Reporting to the IT Solutions Manager, the IT Solution Expert (SOLEX) is responsible for designing and monitoring the implementation of IT solutions in accordance with customer needs and CIO standards. He is the guarantor of the transverse coherence and quality of the solution delivered and thus brings his expertise to the trades. Within the HR & HQ management of our CIO, the solution expert based in Abidjan is the focal point of HR, Compliance, QHSE, Compliance, legal with a dozen SasS and On Premise applications such as Enablon, E-Attesttion, Insighter, BDES, EQS, Remun, Ector, Talentsoft, Sesame, Amplitude RH, HR Access, SYFADIS..., it ensures the coordination between these business referent and the most efficient publishers / integrator. Your main duties:

• Analyze functional needs in business, technological and technical aspects;
• Ensure a technological watch to detect new technical and functional possibilities; offered by the market in the field covered by its solutions;
• Contribute to the definition of general specifications;
• Write the functional specifications of solutions;
• Contribute to the development of test sets for unit and integration tests;

Other information

• Design, integrate and implement IT solutions that meet the expressed needs;
• Observe the technological development and be a force of proposal on opportunities for technical improvement of the solution;
• Assist solution managers and development managers in: Adaptation and configuration of application software packages, realization of modules (objects and software components), assembly of components;
• Ensure the relevance of the documentation and its availability;
• Ensure the quality of the solutions delivered;
• Put in place indicators relating to the quality of production starts;
• Ensure technical solutions and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with standards;
• Identify the necessary changes on the perimeter and ensure the implementation of these by ensuring their quality;
• Manage corrective and scalable maintenance with solution managers.

Candidate profile

Education / Qualifications

• Higher Education Bac+4/5 in computer science, or in an equivalent field, you justify of 3 years minimum in the field and 5 years cumulative experience;
• Control of the cloud environment (Microsoft Azure preferred);
• Certified knowledge of IT processes. An ITIL certification would be an asset;
• Control of the Windows Server 2008 and later environment;
• Mastery of API integration tools, sFTP...;
